This Return and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling services and requesting refunds from Quazrelxdhim. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our interior décor and styling services.

Service Cancellation

You may cancel your service agreement with Quazrelxdhim under the following conditions:

Before Service Commencement: If you cancel before we begin work on your project, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on any expenses already incurred.
During Service Delivery: If you cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any non-refundable expenses.
After Service Completion: Once services have been fully delivered and completed, cancellation is not available. However, you may request revisions as outlined in your service agreement.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the work already completed:

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing at info@quazrelxdhim.world with the following information:

Your name and contact information
Service agreement number or reference
Date of service booking
Reason for cancellation
Preferred refund method

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within the timeframes specified above.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Completed consultation sessions
Design work that has been delivered and accepted
Third-party vendor fees or expenses already paid
Processing fees for payment transactions
Custom or personalized design elements that cannot be reused

Revision Policy

Instead of cancellation, you may request revisions to your design plan according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. The number of revision rounds included depends on your selected package. Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions) that prevent us from delivering services, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions. Refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Use.
